Use of the service
PaintFromPhoto is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may print, share and sell the templates you generate from photos you own or have the right to use.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos you process. Do not use images you do not have permission to use. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive, review or store your images.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated templates are approximations; paint colors named in the legend are matched by color value and may differ between brands.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaintFromPhoto is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
